Glycerine

Commonly called glycerol or glycerin. It is a sweet-tasting alcohol. Glycerine is colorless and odorless. It melts at 18 degrees Celsius and boils at 290 degrees Celsius. It does not mix with oil. It is an excellent solvent.

It is widely used in pharmaceutical industries. Pure glycerine, or glycerol, has a wide range of applications in the food, pharmaceutical, medical and personal care industries.
